The Web Meet Live Corporate Web Conference Server allows companies of any size to easily provide web conference servic-es to all of their employees, faculty members, instructors, or sales representatives.

This turn-key, fully hosted solution enables your IT staff to provision new web conference rooms on demand. Corporate Server customers may not resell Web Conference rooms. If you wish to resell our services, please contact us for details.

Terms and Conditions:

	There is one-time set up fee of $500.00 (included with
	first monthly payment).
	Flat-rate pricing for unlimited monthly use.
	No minimum service term or contract.
	Payment is monthly by credit card.
	You may upgrade at any time. Pro-rated fees will apply
	at the time of the upgrade.
	You may cancel at any time. However, there are no
	refunds for prepaid services.
	You may not advertise or sell Web Conference rooms
	or services.
	Each conference room may be configured for any size
	between 1 user and the maximum number of concurrent users. The concurrent user limitation applies to the number of simultaneous connections to the server as a whole, not to the configured size of each room. When a server is full, users attempting to login receive a message to that effect.
	Screencasting feature included on managed servers.
	Email and telephone support is available to your
	company's primary IT contact.
	Your IT staff is responsible for providing technical support
	to your employees. Direct support from Web Meet Live may be purchased for an additional $5 per concurrent user per month.
	Prices and terms are subject to change without prior
	notice.
	The service is provided “as-is” with no warranty of any kind.
	By using the service, you agree to hold Web Meet Live  and its employees harmless and free from all liability.
