You may cancel service at
any time by sending an email to support@webmeetlive.com.
In your email, state that you wish to
cancel your service, and include your room id and order number, if
available. There is no refund for prepaid services. Therefore, if
you cancel in the middle of a billing period, you will not be
refunded for the time remaining in that period.
You may increase your
room capacity at any time by sending email to support@webmeetlive.com. We will do our best to effect upgrades quickly
during normal business hours. Pro-rated fees will apply at the time
of the upgrade. In your request, please include your room id and
order number, if available.
The Web Conference
software is under constant development. This means that new
features will be added, and existing features may be changed or
removed. Some feature additions will be included in the base price
of the software, while others will be available for a premium.
Web Meet
Live reserves the right to change the product and included
features without prior notice. Customers will be given a minimum of
30 days notice of price changes to existing subscriptions.
Email technical support
is provided to the primary account holder, provided that the account
holder is a direct customer of The Training Center.NET
Inc.
To receive support, the
customer must have an an active subscription to the latest version
of our software. The Training Center.NET Inc. will attempt to
respond to all support questions within 90 minutes during normal
business hours (9am - 5pm US Pacific Time).
Support requests must
include the Room ID, room login url, and the name of the primary
account holder. Prior to contacting The Training Center.NET Inc. for
assistance, the customer is expected to review existing support
materials on the TrainingCenter.net
website, as many common questions and problems are already addressed
there.
We will attempt to help
you solve problems related to your conference room. However we do
not guarantee that we can or will solve all problems. Specifically,
we do not troubleshoot end-user problems related to connectivity
through proxy servers, issues related to internet security products
or download accelerators.
Customers and users are
specifically prohibited from using the Inet Communicator
service for any illegal activity. In addition, customers and users
are prohibited from attempting to "hack" the system, circumvent
security, or destabilize the service in any way. The The
Training Center.NET Inc. reserves the right to cancel any
account without prior notice, with or without cause, at its sole
discretion.
- All copyrights to the Web Conference Client
Application
("THE SOFTWARE") are exclusively owned by
iVocalize,
Ltd ("THE PUBLISHER") and its
contributors.
- The user is granted a non-exclusive license to
use THE SOFTWARE for the sole purpose of connecting to a
licensed Web Conference Server.
- No person or entity may distribute THE SOFTWARE
without
the express permission of THE PUBLISHER.
- THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT

disassemble, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on
THE SOFTWARE.
- You may not rent, lease, sell, modify, bundle or
repackage
THE SOFTWARE without the express permission of THE
PUBLISHER.
- You may not use or transfer THE SOFTWARE, or any
subset
of THE SOFTWARE, except as provided for in this
agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and
automatic termination of this EULA and may result in criminal
and/or civil prosecution.
- Installing and using THE SOFTWARE signifies
acceptance of this EULA.
